WOW! As the days get warmer it is time to start thinking about music. Well, think about music all the time, but now there are live shows and other events that make music fans smile.

Let’s check who was the Top 5 Digital Song Sales based on Billboard on April 1, 2023.

  1. Set Me Free, Pt.2 by Jimin
  2. All Of The Girls You Loved Before by Taylor Swift
  3. End Of The World by Tom MacDonald & John Rich
  4. If This Was A Movie (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift
  5. Safe4 Sound (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift

By the looks of it, Taylor Swift has been on the top 10 Digital song sales since March 2023.

Taylor, being one of the well-known pop artists, is still on tour and charting her songs up on the Top 5 Digital Songs. Based on the Billboard record she has charted at least one song every year since 2006, showing everyone she has the ability to reach out and connect to her ever-growing young audience with her music and her flamboyant personality. She also holds 11 Grammys for ¨Outstanding Achievement in the Music Industry.” She has become one of the most popular artists, growing her fan base even more on her Eras Tour. Digital songs showing she has growing popularity in different countries especially Asia. While her pop style might not be for everyone, her popularity has continued over the years.

Jimin from BTS has also charted top number one on digital songs. Has been widely known from different countries like Mexico, US, Brazil, Canada, Italy, UK and many more countries. Jimin has sold well over 225,000 copies since March 2023. Face is the first album by a solo artist to debut at number one on both charts in 2023. Jimin expanded himself worldwide charting himself number one. So many people are loving and adding his songs to Spotify or Apple music. He has many more doors and goals before he goes in for mandatory South Korean military enlistment. We hope we can see more about him and his music. We also hope that he stays safe in the military.

Personally I think the top number one, ¨Set me free, Pt2,¨ by Jimin on this chart was a great song even though he stated, “My song talks about freedom and moving forward…¨. His music video starts out so ironically with a climax. Having greet and corporal movements with dancers. Having dramatic trumpets and his wordrom the choice for him fit perfectly with the song. Having vocals sounding empowering and drums. He has written other songs all his fans love like ¨Promise¨ and ¨Christmas Love.¨ His vocals are so great you can listen to him all day with empowering vocals and meaning behind his songs. This song will totally be added to my Spotify playlist!

Taylor Swift on her All of the girls You Loved Before has very empowering vocals and her fans love it! Her music sounds like you can relate to her lyrics. It has great tempo and has a bit of a dramatic point in the middle of her songs. Her vocals start going higher. After listening to ¨If This Was A Movie,¨ I loved it started with a guitar. Very angel-like vocals but also still having meaningful lyrics. I always felt that my favorite songs from Taylor would be ¨Lover¨ and ¨Love Story.” They were so iconic that even people have asked their loved one to marry them. She has great music!

So many artists are so well know by other charts in the billboards. They have expanded themselves widely among listeners. Having their own ways of writing the songs and personally around their audience. Even having wonderful and empowering performances on TV and even on their tours. Having their own fan bases that support them along the way on every step streaming their music to help their favorite artist get to the charts to be known around the world.

What´s your opinion? Who else should be on this chart Top 5 digital song sales?
