POEM: The Art of Drawing

Hands, paper, pencils too is what I use.
Drawing is what I do for adventure,
Fill the world with colors that amuse,
Drawing is what I love to deliver.

I express myself with colors and shapes,
The world is like no other that you’ve seen.
I draw anime, not some ugly apes.
I am different in that world, a queen.

Writer’s block is a cloud full of stress.
Drawings come out wrong, ugly, and so bad.
When I can’t think straight it’s a monster mess.
I struggle and weep and it makes me mad.

Then stop to clear my mind and get a rest,
Relaxed, I go to my world for a quest.
